Sometimes, our emotions can affect our physical body. May it be with rigidity, other types of indisposition or illnesses.
Dancing can help us get through this difficult task.
We are going to see the emotional and mental blocks that our body can hold.

Understand how our emotions can affect our physical body.

Learn about the concepts of « healthy or adaptative emotions » or « unhealthy or non-adaptative emotions ».

How to recognize if our emotion is healthy or non-adaptative.
Be aware that emotions can affect our physical body, and that we can use dance to help us manage them.
See what are the emotional and mental blocks that our body can contain.
We will discover the map of our body connected to our emotions.
We will localize the body zones where emotional blocks are created.
We will dance our emotions.
Learn to listen to our body when we feel an emotion.
We will discover the map of our emotions, and will become aware of the emotions we have kept hidden and how to manage them at the best.
We will meditate connecting with our being.

The experiences that we live provoke different emotions through time, and sometimes we don’t know what to do with them; sometimes they are so strong that we don’t want to let them out, fearing not to be able to control them once outside, let them disturb us, forcing us to step out of our comfort zone. When we don’t allow an emotion to express, we lock it inside our body, creating then an internal « bomb » that, sooner or later, will install one way or another. So we « forget » about this primary emotion, and we keep on living our life without paying attention, until a second emotion appears and covers us with a permanent state of uneasiness.
