At the end of THE SCHOOL page, you will find many questions-answers related to the functioning of Dancer’s Ways: what it is, for who it is, how to be a member of the private Facebook community, what are the videos and lessons about, how the intensive works, how the membership works, etc.


On each video page you will find this green hearted icon:


It serves to add this video to your 'Wishlist' where you can save your favorite videos. You can access your 'Wishlist' from the 'Account - My Wishlist' section of the menu or at the bottom of the page, in the 'My Account' - 'My Wishlist'.

There you will have a list of all the videos you've added next to the video description. You have a text area where you can add your own notes about the video. You can remove a video from the list by clicking on the cross next to the video. And you can access the video page by clicking on the poster.

In each video page you have a section with the related music. You can listen to the songs directly from the music player, but if you prefer you can download them in MP3 by clicking on the top right of the player.

In the 'MUSIC' menu there is a player with the music available for all users even if they are not subscribed to Dancer's Ways. It is a small sample of the music in our CD's, and you can listen to songs directly from the MP3 player or download them just like in the page for each video.

The video player will automatically set the quality depending on your Internet connection. If the video loads slowly, try to lower the quality using the "HD" button at the bottom right of each player.

"Auto" is enabled by default. You can select the quality from high to low (1080p HD> HD 720p> 540p> 360p).

You can change the subtitles using the "CC" button at the bottom right of each player and select the language of your choice. You can also disable them by selecting "None".

Private Facebook Group

Dancer’s Ways uses hashtags as an identifier code for each video. You can easily find it on every video page, below the player. When we’ll want to talk about a particular video, we’ll name it via its hashtag. It is important to write it properly, beginning with the pound sign (#) and following with its code, for example #DancersWaysT1V1.


For example, if I'm watching the video #DancersWaysT1V1, and I want to see everything that has been said about this video in the private Facebook group, I can find it easily using the group search tool and typing in the full hashtag.

Similarly, when I want to write something about a specific video in the private Facebook group, I must include the full hashtag, for example #DancersWaysT1V1 in my message.

When you subscribe to Dancer's Ways, we ask for the following information: “Facebook login email (we need it in order to add you to our Facebook private group) ” If you haven’t provided it or if you see it takes times to add you (more than 2 days), you can make a request via our contact e-mail located at the bottom of our webpage, writing "Facebook mail" as the subject.

Website options

On any page with a video listing, by default you will only see the covers of the video. If you want you can switch to another type of view where you see the cover of the video with the description, to have more detail. To change the type of view, you have these 2 icons on all the pages listing videos:




Dancer's Ways is available in 3 languages: English, French and Spanish. If you want to change the language, you can do it from the Language menu, available on any page within Dancer's Ways, on the top right of the page.


In the "INTENSIVE" menu you will find all the information necessary for you to attend. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions by writing to the e-mail that we provide in the Intensive page.


To view the information of your subscription, you must go to "Account-My Account" from the top right of the page, and in "Account Dashboard" you will find the "My Subscription" section. There you can access the status of your subscription: whether or not you have an active subscription, next renewal date, button to unsubscribe, etc.

We have made the renewal process easy for you so you can remain a Dancer's Ways subscriber simply and without interruption: the subscription is automatically renewed for equal periods to the one initially hired (*) without interruption, and an automatic payment is generated at each renewal, so if you want to remain a subscriber you don't have to do anything else.

If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time: in the "Account" - "My Account" menu, and then in the "Account Dashboard" - "My Subscription" section. If you click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button, you will maintain your access till the renewal date. However, the subscription will not be renewed at that date and you will lose your access to the private content of DW. Remember that if you do not want to renew, you must cancel BEFORE the renewal date.

(*) “Hired Period” = 1 month if you have subscribed after 17th October 2016. “Hired Period” = 4 months if you have subscribed before this date and your subscription is still active.
